independent and professional consultants. For our clients that
means they're getting service and advice that's unbiased and
guaranteed by insured, licensed and experienced professionals.
For example, an independent engineer will not be designing to minimum
standards, if they were employed in-house by the building company.
Further this also goes with certifiers and building inspectors..... we use
the local council authority inspectors in most cases, or ones recommended by
the local council.
You will have the peace of mind knowing that your new Etosha home will be
built to honest good practises, often exceeding minimum building
standards.
We don't pay commissions or have cut backs to consultants and referrals, so
our work and any recommendation to us is in old fashioned good will
and faith!
