working drawings, Engineering design, Interior Design consultation,
Builder’s all risk insurance. Most fees and services are included in
our pricing…. Unless otherwise indicated, costs are
based on our Display Home inclusions, listed in the exterior and
interior inclusions.
Our aim is to work with you! You may have a special oven,
bath or taps that you'd like to include in your new home...
you can choose from our "standard" range or incorporate that
special item... You choose.. it's Your home!

provides a guide to the inclusions, quality and pricing that
we will adapt to your special requirements in the design of
your home.
General… Fixed price contract allows 1metre cross fall over building
platform, HIA contract, sewerage connection and roof
storm water connection on standard town block with 6m setback,
contract works policy, Home Owners Warranty Insurance and portable
long service leave levy.
Sites must be readily accessible for trades people, deliveries,
services, etc. Any costs due to inaccessible sites are not included.
