Etosha Inclusions… All the following fees and services are included
in our pricing…. We give you a complete, professional package:
Building design and estimating, Site planning, Preparation of
working drawings, Engineering design, Interior Design consultation,
Builder’s all risk insurance. Unless otherwise indicated, costs are
based on our display home inclusions, listed below.
General… Fixed price contract allows 1metre cross fall over building
platform, HIA contract, sewerage connection and roof
storm water connection on standard town block with 6m setback,
contract works policy, Home Owners Warranty Insurance and portable
long service leave levy.
Sites must be readily accessible for trades people, deliveries,
services, etc. Any costs due to inaccessible sites are not included. |
