Our House Renovation Process
Etosha Homes quality renovations service follows a well organised and planned process to ensure that your house renovation proceeds smoothly with minimal disruptions or unwanted costs and surprises.

It all starts with you making an appointment with Richard, an experienced house extension and renovation builder, please go to the 'Contact Us' page if you would like to make an enquiry.

Richard meets you to listen to what you want done. He will make suggestions as to viability of them, in terms of structural and costs involved. A design concept plus cost estimate for your house extension is then developed.

If you're happy to proceed to the next step we then have plans are drawn up, with council compliance in mind, engineers computations. working drawings, detailed specifications, and a fixed price are now prepared and presented.

Contracts are signed and a deposit is paid, before submission of paperwork and plans to council for building permits.

Construction will begin swiftly after council approval and site preparation. Your renovation will be undertaken to minimise disruption to your existing structure and hastliy completed.
